Spiritual Discernment is Received in Communion with God not from man. Teachers can show the Way that leads up to the Experience and bring the student to the Door. (which we are doing now, in part) But we are all taught of God when we are ready and following the Christ. (at least, this is my experience) Communion is Spirit to Spirit, Soul to Soul. 9 Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: teach a just man, and he will increase in learning.

God is The Only Teacher, but it is a good idea if you can, to find a Loving teacher that you get along with to point the Way—or better yet—when you are ready, a teacher will tap you on the shoulder. Stay with them until you feel it’s time to move on. They will Give freely and openly to those worthy. Be worthy. Be grateful at the time, and be grateful always for God’s Good Work ~Al Denninger
