The Daily Lesson

"THE DAILY LESSON", an ongoing open class by Infinite Way Teacher Al Denninger, is inspired by the message of Joel S. Goldsmith. In this Book Study we delve into Joel's books paragraph by paragraph, from cover to cover. I provide Scripture supporting his entire Work and an Impartation from my daily Experience. These classes appear on my website and by email subscription each day, for my students to take into their daily meditations and to carry with them throughout their day.

We are currently studying the book
"A PARENTHESIS IN ETERNITY"
By Joel S Goldsmith

On April 17th, 2021, we began Chapter 28
"The Tree Of Life"

STUDENTS NOTE: In my teaching, the words that are capitalized throughout the work are not capitalized for emphasis. Instead, the purpose is to Lift the student into the Awareness that these words are a Synonym for, or an Activity of God.
The portions that are italicized are spontaneous meditations.

At the conclusion of each chapter the Lessons are posted to the IWSO Archives, where there are over 11 years of consecutive Lessons for your further review and study!

The Daily Lesson - April 19, 2021

"This poses the question: Is it possible for human beings to live together harmoniously, or must they live in constant warfare of one nature or another? None of the efforts made to bring about peace on earth and good will among men has ever been successful for any length of time, largely because these efforts have been based on attempting to unite people humanly, when for the most part they have no common interest." ~Joel S Goldsmith

I Corinthians 2:14 (KJV)
14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

John 15:5,6 (KJV)
5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

Man, whose breath is in his nostrils, is living aware only of his own personal ego - relying on his own reasoning power and personal effort for the things of life. Staying in material consciousness man will eventually be cut off from his source of life and wither. F

or Peace to endure, we must Consciously Connect to the Spiritual Vine of Life by Grace and Abide there. Let us gather together now, with only one common interest - to Dwell in Spiritual Oneness with God, and in doing so we will Realize Eternal Peace with every Infinite Expression of God. Peace matters. ~Al Denninger

The Daily Lesson - April 18, 2021

"So it is that throughout the human scene there has always been conflict. True, there is an appearance of peace, but as long as each one has a self of his own, he will be catering to that ego, trying to manifest, express, or benefit it." ~Joel S Goldsmith

John 18:36 (KJV)
36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

I John 2:15-17 (KJV)
15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

Matthew 18:1-4 (KJV)
1 At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?
2 And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,
3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

Being attached to this-world is a misleading distraction when we are seeking and Knowing the Kingdom of God. Sure we can be fortunate enough to have a good and comfortable life for a while, but learning to lean on temporary things for our good shall pass away. Humble yourself, seek Direction and Listen. ~Al Denninger

The Daily Lesson - April 17, 2021

"CHAPTER XXVIII
THE TREE OF LIFE

To understand the nature of the mystical way of life, and to understand it fully, we must first of all understand the underlying conflict that exists among human beings, the struggle between all men on the face of the earth. Even between husbands and wives, parents and children, there is conflict, and the conflict is always a battle for the supremacy of the ego. Each one wants to be something of himself, and that something enters into conflict with the something of the other self." ~Joel S Goldsmith

Matthew 10:34-39 (KJV)
34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.
37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
38 And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.
39 He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.

Jesus is cutting out our ego… He is cutting out our sense of separation that thinks it is up to man to think and act and control. Thought is the opposite of Life. Conflict is the absence of Love. ~Al Denninger
